I enrolled in the Department of Software Engineering of Izmir University of Economics with a full scholarship in 2012. Even though the software engineering program was new in universities at that time, I started with enthusiasm with the encouragement of my brother and uncle. Many courses I took from engineering and other departments trained me to be a good engineer. With the second foreign language opportunity offered by the University, I had the opportunity to learn Spanish, which I always wanted to learn. Later, I started the Computer Games Certificate Program in the 3rd grade and had the opportunity to improve myself in this field. In the summer of the year I graduated, I went to Szeged, Hungary to perform an internship in the field of software testing, taking advantage of the Erasmus Program.

I graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Vocational School of Health Services, Medical Documentation and Secretariat Program in 2018. My interest in the field of health and my desire to work in health institutions played a big role in choosing my program. In my choice of university; I learned that Izmir University of Economics is a school with good quality of education, with job opportunities after graduation, and good socio-cultural activities.

I learned the best from the best teachers and being still in touch with them today makes my university step forward in my work life. I started my professional life in 2010 at DİMES, a leading fruit juice and Milk Company in Turkey, as Distribution Manager and Chain Stores Manager.

While trying to decide on the field where I can use my skills in the best way after the university exam, I saw the newspaper advertisement of Izmir University of Economics, Department of Software Engineering. I was very excited by the idea of developing my interest, which started when I first saw the black and white computer screen at the age of seven, by getting the right education.

2010 - International Trade and Finance Graduate
After graduation, I started to work as an Export Supervisor in Fjord Marin, a company with foreign partners, between 2010-2012. I worked at Opet Fuchs, first as a CFO assistant and then as a Budget-Reporting Specialist between 2012-2013. Afterwards, I worked as a Finance Specialist at CMS Jant Sanayi between 2013-2015. Thanks to be a graduate of Izmir University of Economics, the vision, foreign language, education and all the opportunities the University provided me with, I have become a very sophisticated professional in all these business experiences.
