Observing that the sector does not provide me with the personal development and conditions I want in Istanbul after I graduated, I decided to progress in a different sector that produces digital displays – project designing and content production. I had the opportunity to work closely with media purchasing and internal communication departments of different corporate companies in the Digital Signage sector, which allows me to improve myself on display technologies. 

Alev Jennifer Trotman

I graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Translation and Interpretation in 2009 as a high honor student, which I started in 2005. After a while, I moved to Istanbul and worked as a translator at DenizBank Headquarters for 7 years, both translating and simultaneous interpreting. 

Volkan Eröztekin

I got into Department of Economics, Izmir University of Economics with a full scholarship in 2010. The main reasons why I chose our university, which I had the opportunity to get to know better during Career Days, are having a qualified academic staff, providing a second foreign language opportunity and having extensive social opportunities. After a year of preparatory study and improving my level of English, which was at the most basic level, I started doing a double major in Mathematics in the second year of my undergraduate education.

Ceren Özkaya

I graduated from Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Izmir University of Economics in 2016. I studied at IADE Creative University in Lisbon, Portugal for one year with the Erasmus exchange program, and gained universal design and architectural vision in different cultures. I can speak 5 languages ​​now.
