I started my education at Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Izmir University of Economics in 2012. In my first year, I finished the preparatory program in half a semester and participated in a volunteer internship program in OMSK, Russia, where I taught English to young children. I performed one-month internships in summer in laboratories.

When I chose Izmir University of Economics in 2009, I asked myself if I made the right decision. 5 years were ahead of me to see if I made the right decision or not. I’ve always tried my best at Izmir University of Economics and became a successful student. I did not qualify for any scholarships when I first enrolled at school but my hard work paid off and I qualified for 50% merit scholarship. In addition to courses in Public Relations and Advertising, I’ve taken many other electives from variety of fields including Business and Software Engineering.

While I was a student, I had the opportunity to do internships in companies such as MSC, Izmir Chamber of Commerce and JTI, with the compulsory internship programs provided by our university. After my graduation, I started to work as an Independent Auditor in the tax department of EY, one of the independent audit firms known as Big4.
