My university life, which started at Izmir University of Economics in 2004, ended with my graduation in 2009. After completing my military service, I gained 1 year of commercial experience in the family business retail sector. To put into practice what university education has given me, I started to work as an import and export manager for 3 years in a company called Dirmak Makina in Izmir. At the end of 2013, I decided to move to Sweden to start a family. After 1 year of intensive Swedish language training, at the beginning of 2015, I started to work as an import export manager at Sydsvensk Form Reklam AB company, of which I am a 50% partner today.

The most important thing the University helped me with was to equip me with presentation skills by improving my analytical skills. When I graduated, I prepared for inspectorship exams of the banks in the light of theoretical information I learned, and passed the first exam I took. I started my career as Assistant Inspector at Turkish Economy Bank.

I have to admit that when I was going to university for the first time, it made me very anxious to study at my dream program in English. But when I look back right now, I say "I am glad I did it".
