I graduated from Supply Chain Management Associate Degree Program in 2015. Later, I graduated from Anadolu University Open and Distance Education by completing the Business Administration undergraduate degree. Following that, I worked as an operation documentation officer at Omega Global Logistics, which serves as a forwarder, in order to use the theoretical and practical training I received at Izmir University of Economics.

I started MBA in the first year that Izmir University of Economics implemented distance education master's programs. Therefore, I am one of the first e-MBA students of our university to graduate. These investments made years ago in distance education give us a better understanding of its importance in the pandemic period we are in today. My university life, which started at Izmir University of Economics in 2004, ended with my graduation in 2009. After completing my military service, I gained 1 year of commercial experience in the family business retail sector. To put into practice what university education has given me, I started to work as an import and export manager for 3 years in a company called Dirmak Makina in Izmir. At the end of 2013, I decided to move to Sweden to start a family. After 1 year of intensive Swedish language training, at the beginning of 2015, I started to work as an import export manager at Sydsvensk Form Reklam AB company, of which I am a 50% partner today.

After graduating as one of the first graduates of Izmir University of Economics, Department of International Relations and EU in 2005, I completed my master's degree in European Studies at Boğaziçi University. Due to my desire to work in private sector, in 2007, I started my career at Arkas Holding's Communications Directorate. Later, I took on various roles in the 'corporate communications' departments of CMS Jant and Turcas Petrol, Turkey’s best family run companies.

After I graduated from the Department of Psychology, Izmir University of Economics, which is dear to me, I was accepted to Dokuz Eylül University Clinical Neuroscience Master's program due to my interest in brain and its working principles. My acceptance process of course was not easy like every other success story, as someone who graduated from the Turkish-Mathematics department in a bad high school education, it was beyond my dream to enter a department that accepted students with quantitative score type.
