Almost everyone around me asked why I did not choose another school in Istanbul, that I would get into that school anyway. I never wanted to leave Izmir and I think the best place to get education in Izmir was Izmir University of Economics.

The solid foundation and innovative approach provided by my University gave me the vision I needed to move to broader horizons. I enrolled in Department of International Relations and European Union, Izmir University of Economics in 2007. I graduated in the honors list in 2012. Until my graduation, I performed internship at "Make a Wish" association, a social awareness project carried out by Arkas, Provincial Directorate of Environment and Forestry and Sabancı University.
