Fashion has always been a passion for me. I preferred Izmir University of Economics, Department of Fashion Design because I wanted to live and keep this passion alive, which is a part of my life, professionally. Izmir University of Economics, where I was placed in 2011 with a scholarship, has been one of the most important factors that shaped my life. I graduated as a second ranking student from the University where I was 'High Honor Student' for 4 years.

Thanks to the international perspective that my school brought me, and my identity as a researcher to follow different cultures continuously, I started working in the field I wanted in a short time. Year 2007 summer and the last days of the university preference period. Frankly, I remember that I came to Izmir with the suggestions of my two older sisters who were very successful in their careers and school life and who lived in Izmir during the years when I approached private school with a very biased way. They were the first to recommend Izmir University of Economics to me. When I came to the university for the first time, we encountered its orange emblem and brick walls.

2019 - Footwear Design and Manufacturing Graduate
The Footwear Design and Manufacturing Program, which I chose willingly in 2017 and got into with a 100% scholarship, was one of the best decisions I made for my future. Thanks to the university's facilities, the workshops, fashion shows, "Students Consulting Experts" events, entrepreneurship courses and fairs helped us strengthen our bond with the industry, analyze the market and manage customer relations.
