Izmir University of Economics (IUE) brings those who make a difference in business life together with the professionals. Managers in business life, who make a difference with breakthroughs in business life, will share their experiences at the “3rd Human Resources Summit” intended for human resources managers and employees. The Summit with “Ethics in Human Resources” titled theme, co-organized by IUE Career Guidance Center and IUE Alumni Relations Office, will be held on 19 April 2019 at IUE Conference Hall at 10.00.
The summit will begin with Volkan Akay’s (Bay İfade) motivational speech. At 11.00, the “Employee Engagement, Ethics and Compliance Management” session, which will be moderated by IUE General Coordinator Prof. Dr. Murat Borovalı will take place with the participation of Emre Çolak, Compliance Manager, Philip Morris, and Member of TEID Executive Board, and Serap Manisalı, HR Manager, İnci Holding.
At 12.15, Ayşenur Aydın, Corporate Communication Director, OPET, and President of the Board of the Corporate Communications Association of Turkey will participate at the “Corporate Communication and Reputation Management” titled session, moderated by BK-Brand, Trainer and Corporate Coach Burcu Kanber. Prof. Dr. Pınar Tınaz, Founding President of Association for Assistance and Education of Mobbing Victims, will deliver “Mobbing” titled speech at 14.00. At 14.45, Breathing Exercises will be conducted by Izmir Yoga, and at 15.00, Betül Çorbacıoğlu Yaprak, HR Manager, Mercedes Benz Turk, will deliver a speech at the “Corporate Vitality” titled conference. The final session, “Harmony beyond Law”, moderated by Ahmet Buğra İlter, Member of IUE Board of Trustees, will begin at 15.45 with the participation of Atty. Ertuğrul Onur, Legal Counsel Head of Coca Cola Beverages, Prof. Dr. Nikos Passas, Northeastern University, and Elçin Yılmaz, Assistant General Manager and Member of the Executive Board of Acıbadem Insurance Company.
