I was born in 1976 in Eskişehir. I came to Izmir because I got into the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Dokuz Eylul University at the age of 18, and after graduation, I decided to continue my life in Izmir. Izmir, with its people and nature, is a city where I feel comfortable, where we live in peace with my family, and I hope it always stays like this. After completing my military service, I worked at Vestel Elektronik (TV), Indesit Company (Refrigerator), Italian Terim Company (Oven and Cooker), and Teka Izmir Company (Built-in Gas / Electric Oven, Gas / Induction / Electric Cooker), one of the most important factories of the Teka Built-in Kitchen Group, in the Aegean Free Zone, where I am currently working at. Since my field of duty is always in the field of quality control and quality assurance in the production of durable consumer products, I saw that I had deficiencies in financially evaluating business life, and after a thorough research, I enrolled in Executive MBA Program at Izmir University of Economics and successfully graduated in 2013. Since I was working as a Quality Manager in our company, the fact that every decision we take and every activity we make has a financial impact on the company, our suppliers or customers, has made me understood the need to quickly make up for my managerial deficiencies. I think I have improved myself considerably by participating in this program with the encouragement of our General Manager. The teaching staff of Izmir University of Economics is very knowledgeable and experienced. With their knowledge, they attract your attention in every lesson and convey the topics. Therefore, you do not notice how time passes in the class and you look forward to the next lesson. Believe me, evaluating the information given here, discussing the topics with your classmates, making comments and trying to absorb the lessons in the best way will help you determine some tactics that will be useful in your business life. In short, if you know what you want, you should enroll in a department in your area of interest and improve yourself. Business life is not very simple and easy for our country, we must prove ourselves as a country and work by creating added value to highlight ourselves among in-group and non-group companies in all other countries. This success can only be achieved with the participation, loyalty and strong competencies of all its employees. I think the first step to success is a strong character, the second step is a good education and training, and the third step is working with a team spirit in a task that suits you, that you love.
