Our paths crossed with Izmir University of Economics in 2012 when I started my education life in Software Engineering with a full scholarship. Thanks to the quality education I received from the valuable academics and the two foreign languages provided by the University, I had the chance to equip myself at the best possible way. In addition to two compulsory internships, I also performed one voluntary internship. In my last compulsory internship, I was accepted by the Vestel R&D Center and had a productive internship experience of 1 month in the Testing department. In 2016, I was selected to Havelsan's Cyber Security Summer School Program and successfully completed the program. After completing my undergraduate education as the second in the department, when I received an offer from Huawei for a high-budget IPTV project that appeals to the global market, I turned my direction to Istanbul. Following the completion of the IPTV Web Development Project of Huawei Turkey R&D Center, where I started my professional career as a software engineer and supported the successful delivery of the project and brought the "Key Project Delivery Award" to our team, upon the proposal from the Strategic Marketing Department, I turned a new page in my career for positions based on human relations management. I carried out intensive strategic marketing activities addressing the senior executives of Turkcell, Turk Telekom and Vodafone. I was awarded the "Most Valuable Player (MVP)" award with my final presentation at the end of the Digital Marketing training, attended by colleagues from all Huawei offices in Central, Eastern and Northern Europe. After receiving various individual and team awards, I returned to the R&D department with promotion. I am currently working as the R&D Manager and I am also responsible for the management of all academic relations of our company. I graduated from Istanbul Commerce University's Computer Engineering Master's program with full scholarship as the second in the department and I am currently continuing my academic career as a Computer Engineering PhD student at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. I am happy to take part as a mentor in national and international projects, including the "Three Generations of Master-Apprentice" project initiated by IUE Alumni Relations Office.
