2014 - Visual Communication Design Graduate
Choosing a university and department creates a great responsibility for every student. Although I had ideas in mind before taking the university exam, I took the time to get to know the universities and departments. I was able to get into many of the public universities and programs that I had in mind, and I never planned to study at a private / foundation university. However, as I researched further, I decided that I should examine universities not only by name, department, city but also in terms of the opportunities they offer, and that my choice would only be correct in this way. And thanks to this mind frame, I met Izmir University of Economics. During the open house, the student mentors were giving a tour around campus for prospective students who came to see and learn about Izmir University of Economics.

2012 - Computer Engineering Graduate
Izmir University of Economics became the place I missed a lot in a short period of time, the place that I wanted to come back again and again. Without a doubt I missed my University, in which I grew up with the academicians who are experts in their fields, a lot. Think about a place there is no hierarchy, what can I tell, instructors that want to support you all the time, Spanish instructor whose concert we attended to, or head of our department with whom we had tea in the cafeteria together?

2017 - English Translation and Interpreting Graduate
I started my education in 2013 and continued with a semi-scholarship in 2014 thanks to my high grade point average in my first year and I had the chance to continue my merit scholarship by continuing this success in the following semesters. From June 2016 to September 2016, I worked as a trainee assistant in my department by taking advantage of the İŞKUR opportunity provided by the University, and during this time, I helped one of my dear professors, Neslihan Kansu Yetkiner, in the TUBITAK project.

Your dreams are as close to you as you chase them.
I had the opportunity to write a thesis on a research topic that interested me deeply by starting the Master's program in the Department of Architecture at Izmir University of Economics. I always believed in myself thanks to my esteemed advisor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aslı Ceylan ÖNER, who supported me with her unconditional interest during the thesis work I have prepared with great pleasure. What could be more exciting for me?
