I graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Architecture in 2009. After graduation, I participated in a 5-month Sustainable Building Consulting program in San Francisco, USA with a scholarship. When I returned to Turkey, I got my LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accreditation and started working at ALAN Project in Istanbul. During the 4 years I worked here, I had the chance to work in many international projects, especially Russia. I also worked as a LEED green building certification consultant in the Lakhta Center project, which is currently the tallest building in Europe. After working at Görkem Volkan Design Studio in Istanbul for a short time, I found a job as a green building consultant at Meehan Green firm in Dublin, Ireland in 2017 and moved there. I am currently working as a Digital Sustainability Leader at Ethos Engineering. In addition to establishing building life cycles by digitizing buildings, we can analyze their energy and water consumption, make them more efficient, analyze how people use the building and suggest design changes.
