I got into the Department of Psychology, which I had dreamed of since childhood and worked hard for it, in 2010. For me, it was important to get a quality education, both theoretical and practical, to improve myself in the best way and improve my foreign language skills. I understood better what a right decision I made in terms of vision and education quality after I graduated in 2015. It was very valuable that the medium of instruction was English and that my school provided the second foreign language education. I think I have come a long way in terms of self-improvement by applying the theoretical knowledge I learned at the University. In 2016, I completed my master's degree in Dokuz Eylül University Family Education and Counseling as the second top student in the department. Later, I took Pedagogical Formation training and improved myself with a teaching certificate. The courses we have taken at the University and the contributions of these courses, and all our valuable professors who provided us with the greatest support, is a great chance for me. As soon as I graduated, I had the chance to enter business life and worked as a psychologist at a private school, then I continued to improve myself as an assistant alongside a professor whom I highly valued. With the internship and job opportunities provided by our school, I had the opportunity to develop myself with different experiences in every field of my profession. While I was at university, I always thought that people in business life, who longed for the university, were spoiled and exaggeration. I have been working as an expert psychologist and guidance teacher at a private school for years and I am very happy that I have combined all my learning with the love of children. Izmir University of Economics is an unforgettable home that fills my eyes with tears where I have accumulated good memories, made good friendships, knew many valuable professors with whom I even became friends, increased my studies and vision, gained maturity in every aspect and said "I'm glad", every time I look at the memories and when I visit.
