Fashion has always been a passion for me. I preferred Izmir University of Economics, Department of Fashion Design because I wanted to live and keep this passion alive, which is a part of my life, professionally. Izmir University of Economics, where I was placed in 2011 with a merit scholarship, has been one of the most important factors that shaped my life. I graduated as a second ranking student from the University where I was 'High Honor Student' for 4 years. If you want to study in Turkey in the field of fashion, Izmir University of Economics is the right address. It provides you with many different platforms to present the collections you have prepared. 2 pret-a-porter, 2 haute couture capsule collections that I personally prepared have been displayed in mixed fashion shows organized by Izmir University of Economics and in 2 different exhibitions at Izmir Chamber of Commerce. My graduation collection was exhibited in the exhibition organized at the İyi Tasarım / Good Design Izmir event in 2016 and at the booths allocated to me within the scope of Alsancak Fashion Days with sponsorship support. Izmir University of Economics does not only provide you with academic training and opportunities, but it also enables you to participate in international platforms. I was selected as a finalist within the scope of FEED-In Partnership project supported by the British Council and with the support of my school, I attended short term trainings and seminars at De Montfort University in Leicester, England. In addition, I had the opportunity to attend international fairs such as Premiere Vision Paris, which is important in terms of following the developments in the fashion industry and learning the new trends.

Izmir University of Economics is the place where you will always feel its privilege with the facilities and quality of education it provides, which pushes your limits while studying there, but if you make the necessary effort, you will reap the fruits after graduation. You will have the privilege of being a graduate of "Izmir University of Economics" in every environment you are in. After graduation, I participated in design competitions, and with the second prize I won at the competition, I qualified for a scholarship abroad from the Ministry of Economy. It was the comprehensive fashion education I received at Izmir University of Economics that brought me here. Thanks to the scholarship, I completed my master's degree in design in Polimoda, which is on the list of the world's top 10 fashion schools in Florence, Italy. I entered the list of the best international young talents in the 'Enjoy Your Talent' project supported by Vogue Italia. Like every designer with ideals, I have a path I choose for myself and a point I want to reach at the end of this path. Since I want to express myself freely in the fashion world; by reflecting my talents and creativity to my designs, I established my own brand titled, ‘Muse and Mood’ with the knowledge and experience I have gained in my education life. I aim to promote this brand internationally. I would like to thank Izmir University of Economics for making me walk on this path with the right steps and confidently, adding good friendships to my life, being a family rather than an academic staff, in short, for teaching me life.
