I started my education at Izmir University of Economics in 2005 as one of the first students at Department of Industrial Systems Engineering (now Department of Industrial Engineering). Of course I had doubts about choosing a new department of a relatively young university, but, when I was convinced that the University offered a high quality education system and teaching staff based on the needs of the region and the country, my worries were replaced by a different excitement. In addition to being raised by internationally recognized academics during my 4 year undergraduate education, it was also rewarding to see our department maturing and improving along with us and being a part of it has always been a point where I felt the advantage.

The knowledge and experience I gained at Izmir University of Economics, where I met in 2001 as "one of the first students", continues to guide me correctly in every step I take towards professional development. In 2005, I completed the Business Administration, International Relations and European Union departments of our University concurrently and graduated as one of the first Double Major Program graduates.

In addition to the education process, I had the honor of representing this distinguished institution that we are a member of, with the social opportunities provided by my university, the opportunity to do sports and the success we have achieved with our school team. During the education process, I had the opportunity to develop myself in terms of different competencies.

2021 - Genetics and Bioengineering Graduate
I graduated from the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering in 2021. Throughout my university life, my primary goal was to discover which field I wanted to work in. During this process, I undertook many internships and participated in various programs and conferences to explore different areas. Each experience further shaped my interests. In particular, a valuable speaker I listened to at a conference significantly influenced my career path.
