2012 - Computer Engineering Graduate
Izmir University of Economics became the place I missed a lot in a short period of time, the place that I wanted to come back again and again. Without a doubt I missed my University, in which I grew up with the academicians who are experts in their fields, a lot. Think about a place there is no hierarchy, what can I tell, instructors that want to support you all the time, Spanish instructor whose concert we attended to, or head of our department with whom we had tea in the cafeteria together?

2009 - Industrial Systems Engineering Graduate
I started my education at Izmir University of Economics in 2005 as one of the first students at Department of Industrial Systems Engineering (now Department of Industrial Engineering). Of course I had doubts about choosing a new department of a relatively young university, but, when I was convinced that the University offered a high quality education system and teaching staff based on the needs of the region and the country, my worries were replaced by a different excitement. In addition to being raised by internationally recognized academics during my 4 year undergraduate education, it was also rewarding to see our department maturing and improving along with us and being a part of it has always been a point where I felt the advantage.

2011 - Translation and Interpretation (English) Graduate
Izmir University of Economics was my dream university. Because in 2007 it was one of the rare universities that had translation booths. That's why it was my first choice. I didn't regret my decision at all when I came to the University. You can be sure that it is a university that breaks the perception of most of the people around as "Private university, you pay, and you graduate."

2016 - Sociology Graduate
After graduating from the Department of Sociology of Izmir University of Economics as "High Honor Student" in 2016, I got a full scholarship from the Federal Republic of Germany. Equipped with a balanced combination of theory and practice, the curriculum of the Department of Sociology of Izmir University of Economics provided incredible conveniences in my education abroad. The 6-month scholarship I received at the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences, Fulda University, Germany with the Erasmus program, has changed my understanding of science and modernity fundamentally.
