Even though I was in Science-Mathematics department in high school and planned to become an engineer, I realized that I could not do a job I did not like my whole life. I had a change of mind in my senior year in high school , and I chose Department of Fashion Design of Izmir University of Economics. I did not have any idea about fashion design before, I consulted famous designers. I proved them right at the end of 4 years with the contributions of my school. There were many opportunities that my school provided me with during the school period.

When I started to research universities in Izmir, Izmir University of Economics had come to the fore both in terms of its teaching staff and its vision. In my meetings with IEU students at that time, I heard that everyone was extremely satisfied with the university.
