I enrolled in Izmir University of Economics, Department of Business Administration in 2008 by passing the prep exam. During my 4-year undergraduate education, I performed internships in the Human Resources departments of multinational companies such as Schneider Electric, Tesco Kipa. I had the chance to apply the knowledge I learned in lessons to internships. In addition to my courses in English, I chose Spanish as a compulsory second foreign language and at the end of 4 years, I was at the level to make a small presentation. During my undergraduate education, I have been selected as an Honorary Student 2 times. I graduated from my department in 2012, which I loved very much. Although I received job offers from many audit companies, as a person devoted to the field of Human Resources, I immediately enrolled in Ege University Human Resources Management and Management Development master’s program. While I was doing my master’s there, I received a job offer from Boyalık Beach Hotel & SPA in the field of Human Resources and I started to work professionally in May 2014. However, they say that every eel hopes to become a whale, my heart always desired to work in the factory. My wish came true in September 2014, and after challenging interviews, I started to work as a Human Resources Specialist in Human Resources Department of MAHLE Engine Parts. While still carrying out the same task with great pleasure, I always bear the justified pride of being a graduate of Izmir University of Economics.
