As Izmir University of Economics Alumni Relations Office, we continue alumni information update activities to strengthen our communication with you, our esteemed alumni. By expanding the scope of what we regularly do every year, we decided to conduct a survey this year to have more information about you and to learn about your expectations about the University.

The information requested by you in the survey will be used to support our graduates for career planning, to monitor graduate success, and to create an alumni network. In addition, they will be maintained by the Alumni Relations Office to support education, teaching and research studies and research on social, cultural, and academic activities of the University. After working in two different logistics companies, I worked for AKG Group / Çimstone as Export Manager for a long time.

I entered this program, which was my first choice, as a full scholarship holder. I successfully passed the preparatory exam in 2011 and started my freshman year when I was only 17. I started to work as a freelance interior designer since 2012. In the third year of my undergraduate education, I decided to spend a semester at the University of Sheffield Hallam in England with the Erasmus agreement IUE is included in. After studying a semester here, I completed the 3rd grade at IUE. That summer, I performed my internship as an interior designer at an architectural firm in Sheffield and took part in large-scale hospital projects. At the same time, by continuing my freelance works, I completed many interior architecture projects in Russia, China, America and England.
