Hello dear friends,
When I think back about my life since the day I took the first step at Izmir University of Economics as a student, I always remember the importance of that first step. When I started my education in the Department of Business Administration in 2005, I knew that there was a lot I wanted to do with my interest and enthusiasm, but when I look back now, I did not imagine this much. I think that I spent my undergraduate years as actively as possible, as I decided to spend a period of my education in France with the Erasmus Student Exchange program in the preparatory class. It was with this awareness that I chose French as the second foreign language when I started the first grade. I kept my grade point average as high as possible in first year and in my second year, I started a double major program in Logistics Management alongside Business Administration program. When I was in my third year, I spent a semester at École de Management Strasbourg, performed my summer internship at the Republic of Turkey State Railways, one of the most rooted institutions of our country, and graduated from Izmir University of Economics with a degree in 2010 with many memories, experience, and knowledge. After my graduation, I started the Production Management and Industrial Management Master's Program at Dokuz Eylül University. This field was an option for me where I could best blend my Business Administration and Logistics Management training and manage operational activities. During my master's degree, I started to receive TUBITAK Graduate Support Scholarship. Meanwhile, I was accepted to the academic staff at Dokuz Eylül University. I completed my master's as a Research Assistant and continued my academic career with my doctorate education at Dokuz Eylül University. I completed my doctorate in 2016. I received the title of Associate Professor in 2020, and now I work as Associate Professor Dr. Emre BİLGİN SARI at Dokuz Eylul University, FEAS, Department of Business Administration, Division of Production and Marketing. Now, 11 years after my graduation, I cannot forget what Izmir University of Economics taught me while I am teaching my undergraduate and graduate students. I always say the same thing to all students I come across. Have a broad vision and have confidence in yourself. I am proud of my school and what it has contributed to me. I would like to thank my professors at Izmir University of Economics and try to be worthy of them.
Good luck and greetings to everyone who wants to shape their future correctly...
